We invite you to the QA/QC PET/CT workshop in September. National Centre for Radiation Protection in Health Care in collaboration with International Atomic Energy Agency organize workshop in POL 9027 project. Workshop will be leading by international QA/QC PET/CT experts: Dr Elena De Ponti and Dr Ivo Rausch.
Workshop will be available in 2 terms:
- September 26-27, 2023 in Warsaw in Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology in Warsaw
- September 28-29, 2023 in Lodz in Copernicus Memorial Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Center and Traumatology
Practical workshops devoted to issues related to QA/QC in PET will be held at the Oncology Center for participants of the POL9027 project. They will concern, among the others, the correct preparation of various types of phantoms depending on the type of test, cross-calibration and standardization of PET scanners, and also practical training in acceptance testing resolution, sensitivity and set noise equivalent counts rate (NECR) quality control procedures used for PET.
An obligatory part of the workshop is training on September 25, 2023. (training information).
