The meeting, devoted to issues in the field of interventional radiology, aims to officially initiate the POL9028 project entitled “Preventing Tissue Reactions in Interventional Procedures” implemented within the framework of technical cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The symposium is addressed to all specialists interested in awareness of personnel involved in IR by promoting procedures where the patient’s radiological protection is part of good medical practice. The issues discussed will be presented by experts from Poland and abroad (IAEA). In addition to expert presentations, the meeting program will include discussions during which the schedule for the implementation of subsequent stages of the project in 2024-2025 will be presented and discussed. The meeting will also be an opportunity to exchange experiences between its participants.
